I don't see it, but looking at here left eye(that was drawn), were the dark spot it in California is, and going back NE, looks like a horse head to me.

Cool, I see her.
That fact is that people that have a higher IQ, are able to visualize the Pareidolia in natural formations.

Is that a fact? The OP must be a genius then.

Hmmm... let me have a go at this. I want to have a high IQ too!

Am I doing it right?
What a coincidence. Nature might be trying to tell us something

Yeah I saw it right away. I have a high IQ too in Visual spatial abilities.
People who think in words tend not to be able to see this kind of thing. They have other abilities. We are all special.

Peace

I busted out laughing at your picture! HAHA! I have to say, that made my day. I really tried hard to see what the op was seeing but I still don't see a face.

I don't see a woman's portrait in those clouds but it does look like it was raining that day where I live. However I did find a picture of the woman's husband.

I think the way the OP has described the face as an old oil helped me see what they are seeing. something in a similar style to this piece of art.

I tried to outline the vital parts.

Really surprises me that this doesn't basically jump into other peoples faces as well.

In my opinion this really sticks out.

And as for the mentally restricted few who seem to think I'm pointing out a conspiracy or something sinister, well, let me break it down to you in small words: I'm merely pointing out a funny coincidence that nature is causing. Hmkay ?

I'm not a Photoshop artist .. obviously lol

Looks like a Picasso!

She has a broken nose.

She almost looks like the Mona Lisa, except for the broken nose mostly.

Honest to god, after scrutinizing and scrutinizing, this is what I saw, too. I see no faces in the clouds. Now, male genitalia, on the other hand...
