Ritter Family sues hospital for wrongful death!

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The wife and daughter of actor John Ritter, who collapsed and died suddenly of heart problems a year ago, have sued the hospital where he was treated, claiming that doctors misdiagnosed his condition.

That really is asinie. A disecting anurism... If he was on the OR table he might have a chance, but the time it took to get his to the hospital sealed his fate. The next time you complain about the rising cost of health care, you can look at these type of BS lawsuits as one of the reasons.
