"GIANT" North Korean spotted at Kim Jong Ill's funeral !

Now here's something that you don't see everyday coming from North Korea ... a "giant" soldier !
Well, when compared against the average malnourished, underfed, and below average height, north korean citizen, this guy certainly qualifies as a "giant" amongst his peers

He was spotted at Kim Jong Il's funeral and certainly stands out amongst the crowd ! This guy is almost double the height of everyone around him.




Actually, may not be an actual soldier but North Korea's NBA star Ri "Michael" Myung Hun who is 235 cm tall. Irrespective, still a giant amongst ordinary men !

Great find 7ft 9in is one big guy but next to those little Koreans he looks even bigger.

One thing I do know after reading a number of books on North Korea (True Stories of those who managed to escape) is that those who are at the front of the ceremony will have been given those coats to wear (Notice they were all new looking and all the same colour and design) and they had to return them after the show was over.

The ordinary Koreans don't dress so well! Most are living in rags but wouldn't be allowed to show this to the world.

Judging by the comparable size of the guards walking on the streets to the soldiers in the front row, and the guard walking some kind of elevated thing dividing them as compared to them, and even the guards in the back.. it almost seems to me the massed soldiers are actually young boys in soldier uniforms. While the guy is huge, he'd be even larger compared to them .. but if he was standing next to the more 'average" sized guard patrolling hed still be huge, he wouldn't be as huge?

Or perhaps more likely it was an editing mistake when they were doctoring the pictures. Or, perhaps a disgruntled NK IT guy did it for a laugh.

if those guys are 5 feet tall then that guy is ten feet tall!!

Good god, you are right about this Robert Wadlow guy. He is in the record book! 8 ft 11 inches!

Nearly 9 ft tall! That is absurd....

But then, this other guy is nothing to laugh at..... Clearly a huge. huge man.
