why do so many allow evil to enter their lives?

what is evil? What is good? Both seem pretty open to interpretation and there are those who believe that acknowledging that dualistic way of thinking is our first mistake. I can't say for sure where I stand at this point but I have tried to move steadily away from seeing things in such basic terms in the last few years. perspective seems to be one of the keys to understanding the motives of others. Maybe people allow "evil" in because they don't see it as such. What scares one might elevate another.

the only thing i can add is my personal attempt at a definition.
evil is anyone trying to remove my freedoms.
life, liberty and the persuit of happiness.
family, friends and the innocent in general are definately included.

try to b closely objective in means, evil as u see it is the reverse of live, what is live is what is now what is true what is real

evil is the opposition to truth from meaning to take advantage from knowing truth existence and always through true rights abuse
