Nader fell short of the required 10,000 certified signatures on his qualifying petitions, said Jean Jensen, secretary of the board. "He needed 10,000 and we were able to verify 7,342," Jensen said.

Nader had submitted about 12,900 signatures, and officials checked them against local voter lists.
www.foxnews.com...

If Nadar submitted 12,900 signitures, how did he not get 10,000? First Clinton's heart attack, now no Nadar in Virginia.

Did Nadar pull up some 'old' friends from the cemetary or what?

seems funny that the Dems are trying so hard to keep some one off the ballot.

I am interested to see what is next. What kind of pothetic attempt are the Democrates going to make to try to get people to vote for Kerry?

And Bush just sits back and watches. Good luck libs, see ya in 2008.

Oh..sorry about that. So i guess it really doesn't matter Nadar's name will not appear on the Virginia Ballot. I bet some people would still vote for him if he was on the ballot.
