those are votes to Kadyrov who is affliated with united russia.Chechens have been given a lot of benefits and a lot of money spent on rebuilding chechenyna which led to neglect of several other regions in Russia and has raised the ire of several nationalists who this time voted communist party .

Anyways,Kadyrov is a shady character and chechen have this go with the tribe tendency.Anyways I will be awaiting report of CIS observers on chechen zone.

western media is definitely meddling and yes a lot of russian youngsters are heroin and opium addicts.Also this time Putin has severely raised the ire of nationalists and communists as he attempted to privatise Healthcare in Russia and has not been able to tame inflation.

Check how voting happens in tribal areas.Tribal heads says that vote for that person and people in the tribe or village vote that person.This is how it is in muslims.And muslims are scared of being excluded or expelled from the village.

Seems like Tribal overlord pressure has made chechens vote for Kadyrov's party or else they fear that they might have trouble with the head of the village.This is a situation in Indian towns and villages as well indonesia,iran,pakistan.
