Manwhores, or gigolos are an interesting topic also, but for the sake of argument I'll stick with women doing the peddling. I don't mean to neglect the fellas, just trying to keep it simple.

I don't think it will catch on, because of the anit-discrimination laws. If you show up with cash, the landlord can't refuse to rent to you. So... if he wants sex, and you show up willing to do it (no matter age OR gender) then by law he must accept all offers of this form of currency.

Well it may not be an anti-discrimination issue as he never specifically requested sex. The line that was quoted above was �Alternative payment will be evaluated�. I doubt it will "catch on" in the sense that aparement buildings all over the country will suddenly accept alternate payment, but it seems to work for this one place.

Actually I think this is the start of a new trend.
