People would just swipe every job offer they could find and then filter through the responses.
No candidate would stand out anymore. Employers would have very little means to determine who actually really wanted the job. There would be hundreds,
or thousands of applicants for every open position.
I'm assuming employers would see who "swiped," and would have a list of people including their education and work history, criminal backgrounds,
etc. How would this process convey to the employer the personalities and workplace compatibility of their candidates?
