The meat on the table is a likely solid body reflecting ground light, I already go with that. All the other stuff, coloured lights in a cloudy sky can be explained in some form or another, especially when there is so much skyward facing light scatter about, possibly from more than one source. What the object reflecting the light is I have no idea, it is covert and has no lighting source of its own. Without much more info, that's about it. The OP's pictures here are additional to all the other ones, just under different atmospherics.

To be honest with you, it looks like you're filming through glass and using reflections to create the light. I could be wrong, but the way the Flashing lights move with the camera make it seem that way.

I'd love to be wrong.

BUT, if i am wrong, then you have a very interesting piece of footage here!
