I have the insiders scoop on what happened!

Aparently the events that transpired went something like this:

Kobe met that chick, and they started doing the nasty - it was consensual to this point. What made her file charges was, how can I put this delicately, when he decided he wanted to have another form of sexual intercourse. He did not specifically ask her permisission to do so, he simply "went for it."

Obviously, the girl was probably in pain from this, but from what I heard put up little physical strugle, and did not voice her objections. Anyways, when people found out she had been involved in this act of sex, she was humiliated and decided to press charges. Hence the public apoligy he gave to her in the settlement.
