Ats can be stressful, your mind can get agitated, so sometimes is nice to chill. But this doesn't apply to ats this applies to life. Just let
yourself relax in this thread.
meditate daily it does wonders, improves your physical and mental health, improves your relationships, etc.

I tried meditating once, and couldnt get comfortable. Every time I tried to sit up in a straight posture, my back hurt and couldnt concentrate. It was
immensely frustrating and dissapointing.
That being said, great vids. I like listening to light rain, so calming.
