Miracle Dog Daniel Survives Gas Chamber

Unnamed and unwanted, the young beagle mix was left anonymously in a drop box outside an Alabama pound. His life was supposed to end in a gas chamber.

Instead, the young stray emerged frightened but unscathed, wagging his tail. Now, he's being hailed as a miracle dog, given the name Daniel after the biblical figure who survived the lion's den.

Wow what a great story, with all the bad news lately im glad this little guy made it out of the gas chamber alive. Its really sad what happens to these dogs and how they have to be put down. This is why its important to get your animals fix so this doesent have to happen

This is one of those love it/hate it stories. I'm so happy that he survived. I just hate that this happens to so many pets. I always get my dogs fixed. I would always worry that a puppy would end up in a bad home or end up being put down, so I would be stuck with all of them because I wouldn't trust anyone!
