I've found this very interesting Youtube video with a guy telling us how to gather Chi energy. What I can say is that It works Very well... He starts to talk about it at 6:49. Enjoy.

good video - quite enjoyed it, but it's not all that secret. It's taught in some disciplines of yoga, and in many esoteric schools as a basic technique for connecting to the earthen energies, whatever we may call them.

You're right, it seems to be not all that secret. I remember someone showing me something similar.
