CHINA'S ELECTRONIC SPY BASES IN CUBA

Check this out.

While China has replaced the Soviet Union as Cuba's top trading partner, Castro provides China with its most significant electronic spy base near the United States.

According the article, China is running two intelligent reconaisance centers in Cuba.

Bejucal, just south of

Havana, is equipped with 10 satellite communications antennas and is mainly
concerned with intercepting telephone communications in the U.S. A "cyber
warfare" unit is also based at Bejucal.

The second station is located north-east of Santiago de Cuba, reportedly
dedicated to intercepting satellite-based U.S. military communications.

Looks like China is trying to get even with the US in the intel field. I dont know if the US military is aware of this and what measures they are taking against this?

Im not surprised. Rember the embassy in Belgrade we dropped on? one of the rumors was that it was feeding Milosovich with data on US forces. The other is that they had transported the downed the F-117 and the US wanted to take care of it. Maybe its time for another "accident" (Just kidding)

Or, maybe the ChiComs cant get enough of 'Radio Marti"?
