Do you like to fish? Do you like to eat fish? Do you eat fish in the belief that it is good for you?

Well too bad. Scientists have discovered a link between the concentration of mercury in your body and the risk of heart attacks.

One of the biggest sources of mercury intake is through eating fish.

Go to your home state department of natural resources website and look up the advisories against eating fish based on mercury content.

Think about that the next time you go fishing.
