The government-sanctioned gunrunning operation, Fast and Furious, was a plot to undermine Second Amendment rights in the United States, National Rifle Association president Wayne LaPierre charged on Friday

“It’s the only thing that makes any sense,” LaPierre said. “Over a period of two or three years they were running thousands and thousands of guns to the most evil people on earth. At the same time they were yelling ’90 per cent… of the guns the Mexican drug cartels are using come from the United States.’

“That was a phony figure from the very start. Even the Wikileaks cables from our own State Department prove they are coming from Central America, they are not coming from the U.S. Every police officer will tell you that they’re coming from Russia, they’re coming from China, most of them are coming from Central America and a lot of them are coming from defections from the Mexican Army.”

But LaPierre said that President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were determined to make it appear that most weapons used by the Mexicans came from north of the border, “so they could stick more gun legislation on honest American gun owners of the United States.”

LaPierre insisted that the whole Fast and Furious scandal, in which he said “thousands and thousands” of weapons were allowed to cross into Mexico, would never have come to light at all if it hadn’t been for last December’s murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry in Arizona.

Well, it is the only thing that makes sense. Otherwise.... lets here it from the people involved at the ATF and Justice Department. Tell me/us what the theory was behind the F&F program. Prove it to me/us with emails, operational request/planning and authorization signatured paper. NOW.

Stop stone walling. You are making us/the USA look even more inept under Obama.

I can't help but feel that arrest or impeachment(s) are coming down the pike quick like.

I just saw on Drudge the the Obama Adminstration is REFUSING to release the Solar power company Solandra paperwork/emails. SCREW YOU.

Which brings me/us back to the question I have been asking from the beginning. Who will enforce any law against a sitting POTUS if in fact a court were to order it?

You can add to that the Obama administration openly said they planed to use back door methods to weaken the 2ed amendment.

Was the fast and furious operation just one of those back door methods and what else have they done that we have yet to hear about.

Like making gun control rules under the The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty.

Well they did their best. Then when F&F backfired on them to the point of subpenas they needed a False Flag, and Mr Holder held up a smoking gun: Iranian terror.
These people will stop at nothing to remove guns from America.

Without a doubt these people deliberately set about to remove the Second Amendment.
If any of them are in office next term, you can kiss America and its guns goodbye.

Fast and furious and Gunwalker were a means to an end a double play if you will to destabilize Mexico to push illegal immigration up here and then later pass amnesty thus securing the largest voting block for the left the second goal is yea gun control legislation via the un small arms treaty.

We currently have the lefts wonderboy in the oval office that can do no wrong and history has shown the scandals thus far haven't done anything to really harm his chances for re-election. Now that voter base was key for his second term what he didn't count on was losing the house back in 2010 hampering his and his parties efforts to push through any bill they so chose to.

It's all been according to plan except when they dude got killed then the crap hit the fan and now they are scrambling and using anything to deflect from the issues from the Iranian terror plot to sending troops into Africa.

It's all misdirection had that dude not have been killed his plan would have succeeded.

Why do you think this OWS and other occupations started up around the same time as the hearings, to take the light off obama and his merry men. I've said it before, these protesters are his tools, they just don't know it yet. If things get too touchy for obama, then you'll see the real violence start up at these protests.

But LaPierre said that President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were determined to make it appear that most weapons used by the Mexicans came from north of the border, “so they could stick more gun legislation on honest American gun owners of the United States.”

And the real dumb part is they actually expected the general public to buy into this.

It's almost like they wanted us to think that 10,000 US citizens sold 10,000 guns to 10,000 Mexicans who then went to Mexico and sold 10,000 guns to drug cartels.

Were any of the guns previously owned legally by individual US citizens, or were they all bought from manufacturers by licensed dealers?

But the way they've been passing legislation that never benefits the majority of citizens, this would have been easy ... not so much now, but with the 111th Congress yes.

Fast and Furious was "Too Little Too Late"
