Former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke has decided to send a message to the tea party:

The Tea Party Movement is called racist for being overwhelmingly comprised of European Americans. There is nothing wrong with that!

Yikes...

Who among the right wing will be the first to denounce Duke and his clearly racist message?

Why are you following David Duke's youtube channel?

The following is my opinion as a member participating in this discussion.

Lame. No one has any control over who 'sends a message' to them. How that ties the Tea Party in with David Duke eludes me. Commenting on him just gives him the attention he's looking for. If I were in any way associated with the Tea Party, especially in any official or advisory capacity, the first thing I'd do is get the message out to ignore that crackpot. Don't comment on him, don't address him. Anything else merely opens the door for dialogue. Nothing good can come from that.

As an ATS Staff Member, I will not moderate in threads such as this where I have participated as a member.

This man is a bigot and a fool.
Gosh, it's almost like it was planned to make the TP look bad.
Yes, too much ATS has me seeing conspiracies everywhere.

I'm not, the link was shared to me by a friend, nothing more.

(But, by all means, feel free to speculate!

If I were blue, and supported blue-rights over everyone elses, and sent a message to the Tea Party. . . .

Does that make them "blue"?

Conversly, if I sent a message to the KKK, would that make them non-racist?

If I sent a message to Moveondotcom, would that make them conservative?

LOL! Yikes is right! This is like Al Sharp-Man speaking to the black congressional caucus! Save they let Al in and give him the mic.

Why do you have a friend that follows racist youtube channels? Is he or she a racist? Are you a racist, OP?

1. I have no idea if this friend actively follows the channel
2. I assume not.

3. HAH! Me? Absolutely not.

Now as for you - who appointed you lead ATS interrogator? Why must you assume information has been gathered via nefarious means on this wide internet of ours? Are you a racist Mr. Rockdisjoint? Do you often find yourself assuming random people on the internet are racist?

Rockdisjoint brought the donuts. By default that makes him leader.

(didn't you get the memo?)

Its ok man. One could look at the browsing history of any political researcher and make a case for just about anything. Not to mention conspiracy research.

As always I have yet to see anyone actually challenge points duke makes. The racism charge is very powerful. Lets remember that senator Byrd was in the Kkk and had a heroes departure when he died. So why is duke so despised? Hmmmm?
