Here is an interesting video from site owner Paul Harmans from the Dutch UFO site www.ufowijzer.nl... about the 62 Zimbabwe children who witnessed in 1994 two UFOs and Aliens.
It is a copy from a VHS videotape so the quality is not very good, but it is nevertheless very good to follow.
I saw it back then on TV in Holland, and the lady who is interviewing the children is the Dutch TV hostess Tineke de Nooij who had a show about the paranormal back then.
The start is in Dutch, but will soon be continued in English.

It truly is a fascinating story with these children. They definitely saw something. Im wondering were there any adults watching these children and where were they. Did they see anything. did they taske pics of the burnt grass?? Dont see any reason to have a bunch of kids make something up like that

If you would have watched the video you would have known the answers to your questions.

i´ve always been intrigued by this case.

so SnF for the find.

what i didn´t know was that there were so many contradicting reports about the aliens and the spaceship itself.

- sigaret ufo
- saucer
- multiple spaceship

- aliens with big eyes
- faceless aliens

anyway an interesting case none the less.

Cool. That's a very nice follow-up to the various things on YouTube about this incident.

There were 250 children in the playground and only 62 claim to have seen the UFO...

Contradicting reports of what they looked like and why they came.

I would have like to have seen the children's reports right after they claimed this has happened. I get the feeling that after all the leading questions by all the reporters and writers over time they are just making stuff up that sounds good. You can see in that report that the lady interviewing introduces the idea that the children might be having 'bad dreams' and right away some of them claim thats whats been happening.

This case starts off interesting but ends up feeling like a hoax by the children.

You got to be kidding right? Give us one good reason children in Ruwa would stage a hoax like this? What is there to gain? Why is everything a hoax?

You have to realize this happened in 1994. Mainstream internet and movies were not an everyday thing for these kids to be able to draw out pictures and the circumstances involved, exactly as we have witnessed them today. They have no idea what greys look like yet they drew them out exactly as they should be. Where did they pull these images/hallucinations from of what they saw. 62 kids having the same dream? Mass hallucination? Come on gimme a break. The reaches the debunkers will go to just to find an explanation.

Its like chinese lanterns!! HOLY HELL,, I should buy stock in these lanterns because it seems everyone uses them!

Kids are the best "truthers". Its not withing them to lie about these things. Especially when frightened. Exactly what we are saying today about the greys, these kids said why they were here. They telepathically told them that we are screwing up the planet/nature.

Heres another interview.

Ok so which one of them was telling the truth then? The one who said there was 1 ufo or the one who said there was more than one UFO. The one who said they had big eyes or the one who said they had no faces? What about the 190 children who say they didn't see anything at all? were they all lying?

Do you really think that SCi FI was invented by the Internet? You see back before the Internet existed we used to have these very strange objects called 'books' that used to contain all the knowledge and story's of the world. Also people used to 'talk' to each other..you know , like face to face.

At one point in the interview one of the boys says his father had accused him of watching to many films.they did exist back in the 'old' days of 1984 you know , the first starwars film was 1977 and that was nowhere near the first scifi film to ever come out. There have been films about aliens being made before even those kids parents were even born..

If they had no idea about UFOs how did they suddenly have the thought that 'these were UFO's and aliens' like the girl explains?

The interviews are completely biased as none of them show interviews of any of the children who were in the playground and didn't claim to see something. If you had 190 kids in a group saying the nothing happened and there was no UFO or UFO's (whoever you are choosing to believe) then would you feel the same way?

The simple fact of the matter is that nothing in this story fully adds up. There are WAY to many inconsistencies in the storys of the kids that say it did happen to be able to take it seriously, let alone that there were 3x the amount of kids present who say it didnt happen.
