That was spectacular! Thanks for posting. I couldn't get the video to continue playing on the link you provide so hope you don't mind I found it on youtube and imbedding here. The music is cool and adds to the effect. Awesome and now I remember why I live here...EARTH I mean.

You will have to find a still shot... I think. Google aurora borealis IMAGES and you should find something you can right click and copy to your desk top, from there you can make it a background image.

Absolutely stunning. I wish I had a camera that could take an image half as good. I've just been outside taking photos of the moon but they're not even worth transferring to my PC, they're that bad.

Here's a movie I found the other day that I thought was beautiful. It's not the aurora but I think you'll enjoy it almost as much. It's magic.

Wow..

Also a beautiful vid.
I'm stunned at earth and nature's beauty sometimes, yet at the same time sad knowing we're destroying earth at a rapid pace.

Absolutely stunning.

I can't believe we as a race of human beings are so stupid to ruin such a beautiful thing as our home.

Simply Awesome!

What a wonderful light display, I've been thinking of going up there on a cruise to watch it for sometime now, this has made me hungry for 1st hand experience again

Arh!!..... Jean-Michel Jarre .......This guy is unique and prolific......try and listen to "Magnetic Fields" sometime.....well worth giving it try

His light shows on city buildings from the 80's and 90's are still un rivalled..........seriously check them out!!

I've almost forgotten about Jean and his shows....I'm going to give a few a go on youtube as I remember them being very futuristic and maybe worth a look back on
