Weird huh?

It's just a computer program and has no actual A.I.

It has a database of possible responses programed into it and based on what you type, it searches for the most appropriate response.

It is probably the best chat bot out there though.

Don't put too much stock into it though...

It is just a preprogramed response.

it takes data from the internet. its answers are predictable, its a bit like using google. you type is there a god and you'll most likely gat a reply along the lines; is god real and chistianity.

wow that was creepy, it seems even robots talk about god to each other.

I had a lot of fun with cleverbot.
It is obvious though that as it learns it recycles everything it is told. Very fun stuff! It did ask me to marry it though.lol
