It's here folks and always has been. The communist labor unions and workers rights are head to toe examples of the model America's workforce emulates.
Here is an excerpt from CPUSA own website:
CPUSA

Founded in 1919, the Communist Party USA has championed the struggles for democracy, labor rights, women’s equality, racial justice and peace for ninety years. The Communist Party has an unparalleled history in the progressive movement of the United States, from the struggle against Jim Crow segregation, the organizing of the industrial unions, from the canneries of California, to the sweatshops ...

What is the Communist Party U.S.A...let's have a look:
CPUSA

The Communist Party USA (CPUSA) is a Marxist political party in the United States, established in 1919. It has a long, complex history that is closely related to the histories of similar communist parties worldwide and the U.S. labor movement.
For the first half of the 20th century, the CPUSA was the largest and most influential communist party in the United States. It played a very prominent role in the U.S. labor movement from the 1920s through the 1940s, having a major hand in founding most of the country's first industrial unions (which would later expel communists by adopting the Smith Act) while also becoming known for opposing racism and fighting for integration in workplaces and communities during the height of the Jim Crow period of U.S. racial segregation.

Now that doesn't sound all to ominous does it,sounds like a Party devoted to freedom and liberty for people as long as they continue working and producing for the Elite.
Here's another interesting article I have recently came across:
Source

It may be early in the campaign season, but the Communist Party USA already has seen fit to endorse Barack Obama for the 2012 election. While noting he is disappointed with "some aspects" of the Obama administration's domestic and foreign policy, Sam Webb, chairman of the Communist Party USA, threw his support behind Obama's re-election bid.

Looks exactly like where America is headed.

Well, that proves it.

Obama is a communist.

I don't like Obama. I didn't vote for him. I won't vote for him.

This doesn't mean crap. He is not a communist. I bet the majority of people claiming he's a communist couldn't even define communism.

If the KKK supported Obama would that mean he hated black people?

I think we're far enough removed from our original fear of communism for most people to go, "who cares if he's a Commie?"

This thread has nothing to do with the kkk or anything else racist for that matter. So if your intent is to start racial debate move on somewhere else.

The END of Hate speech, subtle or otherwise, here ATS.

He was making an analogy.

How about this; If NASCAR endorsed Obama would it make him a car?.

Ha, ha, ha!

I know it is customary to actually write a bit with substance, but the NASCAR analogy deserves a hearty laugh.

Wow really? Can some people ever just look at something and consider it, without getting all defensive and seemingly picking a fight?

I just put that out there from the get go.Obviously the thread has nothing to do with it to begin with, and he could have used a different analogy.

I think the analogy is fine.....as your jump to make sure racism isnt attached to a political group in this thread proves. I could be wrong, but it seems you probably have felt unfairly labeled as a racist for your political beliefs. If someone said "The KKK and the American Nazi Party support the TEA Party, so TEA Partiers are Nazis and racists!" Im sure you would be quite upset.

So why is "Obama is Commie!" different?

How did you so completely miss the actual point? It had nothing to do with racism. It had everything to do with attributing to someone the characteristics of any group that endorses them.
The KKK did in fact endorse McCain. Get your racism defense shields off and think for a moment.
Did that make McCain a KKK member, yes or no?
You cannot have it both ways. Some people are who endorses them and others are not?

If you like being controlled by other people who have all the money and power, then you will like Communism and Socialism very much

If you like letting someone else tell you what you think and dictate what you can and cannot do, then you will like being in a Socialistic Communist society.

If you like being in poverty along with everyone else, except for the Dear Leaders who live like royalty, then you will should join the Socialist Communist party and you might like to vote for who ever the Communist party endorses.

If you like shovel ready jobs and want to earn a living shoveling for the government ...then go ahead, become a Communist.

But if you prefer to run your own life and if you believe in your self and want to rely on your own faith in your self and you have faith in others as individuals... then you want Freedom and Liberty and you will not support the Socialistic and Communist political ideas.

Listen to Ron Paul here and learn what real Liberty and Freedom is all about.

Here is Ron Paul explaining so much about all this in this speech at LSU. He is so Brilliant!! And he has no teleprompter!! cool:

I was wondering when someone would notice this!

In the "old days" the Communists used to run their own Presidential candidates.

Now apparently they can't find any of their own people crazy enough to run for President.

For some reason, Communists want to survive as a group. But I don't think they really are surviving. From what I can tell, most Communists are senior citizens! Their "dream" whatever that might have been, has faded into the dull reality of a "liberal" Democrat's platform that never really seems to materialize the way he said it would.

I think the party is dying today because the real Communists successfully infiltrated the Democratic Party. However, they have only made so much progress in that strategy because their ideas don't work. At least, they didn't work in Russia. And if you like the freedom to decide how many children you want to bring into this world, then they didn't work in China, either. And in the last video I saw of Cuba, the place was a wreck.

I don't think "Communism" per se is the threat. Communism was a carrier wave that people like Stalin and others used to propagate their insanity. The real threat is the criminal mind. One day it's "Nazi" the next day it's "Fascist" and the next day its "Communist." And now some think it's "Democrat." But it isn't any of those things. It just needs those things to legitimize itself. Because no one would accept it if it used its true name.

I think saying that a political ideology is the problem is sloppy thinking. The enemy of life is devious and rather clever. You need to expose it where ever it grows, no matter what it calls itself. You know that whatever it calls itself is just a lie. You know that whatever it says about itself is just a lie. You know whatever it says about others is just a lie. So locate the points of maximum lie and you will have located the enemy. Then, just expose what you know. That's all you have to do. The truth blows their power. The only power they have is in our willingness to believe their lies.

But using Nascar vs Communists isn't fair. While Nascar tends to have a lot of members interested in specific political views, their main goal, as a unit, is making a left turn.
Communists, on the other had want a whole list of things changed towards Communist Ideology. Communism is a wide and diverse set of changes, while Nascar's not got a lot going on. The same thing is true for KKK vs Communism. The KKK has pretty much dropped their anti-religious points and have merely gone to a pro-white stance. They will elect anyone who furthers this agenda, the rest of their individual ideology is irrelevant.

Well that is pretty convenient then.
So you do believe that them endorsing him makes him one of them then?

I imagine that they're endorsing him because he's the lesser of two evils to them. He's a centrist and I can't believe that the "Obama is a communist" debate is still going on.

Nice to see CPUSA capitulating their ideals for headlines.

Way to go Mr. Webb, you looked like a jacka** on Glenn Beck's show and you look like one now.
