What did he die of? Old age?

And it's strange that he was the person behind the OSIRIS-REx project and now he's no longer with us.

Just like in Deep Impact when the head scientist from Tucson or whatever dies before he tells the world about the meteor coming. Comets Deep Impact is all creepy.

Sander said Drake's health "had been bad for most of the last six months." He died Wednesday at University of Arizona Medical Center after heart surgery two weeks ago.
