I think it is tilted more because of it's size looks to me a bit over 2 lanes wide so 20ft mediator maybe. I have seen trailer that have that tilt feature but I have never seen anything tiled that bad and hanging over.

Do you really think anybody would be moving a UFO in mid-daylight on a semi with absolutely nobody around for security?

If that was UFO they most certainly would not be moving it across a major highway or road.

My guess would be a dish or something, but defiantly not a UFO

That is a low-boy trailer with it's back axle down it is not going 70 mph. That load is heavy there are 26 tires on 7 axles on the ground that is 2 axle more than a normal Semi.

Which puts the load at over 22 Tons (which is the top weight you can carry on regular semi set before you get an overweight ticket)

Don't think satellite dishes are that heavy normally - aren't they usually made out of a lot of aluminum? Not that it couldn't be some other strange industrial part for a boiler chamber or something, but it is a remarkable shot that does look like a saucer.

In this case shouldn't it be called a URO or unidentified road object...

To be quite honest, why the hell if they have all of this high tech transportation options, underground cities and such, move a UFO on a busy highway? No way in hell would that ever happen

Police rarely escort any load that is not a security risk or traffic needs stopped (which could be the case), pilot cars handle that job.

Maybe not where you live, but it's not unheard of.

www.police.qld.gov.au...
www.suffolk.police.uk...
www.maine.gov...

(edit) -- and it may be dangerous for reasons we are unaware of if tis is the case, which appears more likely to me than a secrfet operation to move a top secret alien ufo from one place to another mid day, in public.. --

But regardless, it's not a ufo unless they're really really small guys, and we can catch them on the back of a truck...

I have a sneaking suspicion it's something more along the lines of:

but we don't know...

Whoever coined the term Flying Saucer needs a clip behind the ear lol

You'd be surprised what is moved in broad daylight with no security. No security means no attention. Actually, basically every secret thing in America is transported like that, including nuclear waste capable of dirty bombs - right through your city on a truck. Look it up.

@ post above this one -- those satellite dishes are nowhere near 22 tons, much less more than...

Well whats funny is if you notice in the 2nd photo, there seems to be a hydraulic jack on that trailer. I don't know , was that truck actually moving or was it stopped on the freeway to offload that particular object onto another trailer? If that's a Top Secret transporter aka High Priority vehicle, that vehicle may stop anywhere.

I agree it is not a UFO but it is also not a dish because of the weight that trailer is designed to carry. Most likely it is some large industrial piece.... The gyro from a mining shovel is large and heavy like that, also could be the rim from a mining haul truck.. I don't know what it is but I know it is not a dish.

Kon- I think you are talking about the back end of the trailer there, that is the extra axles down in the back if that is what you are looking at

Yeah considering the area. And the notorious Area 51 it's probably some sort of Saucer being transported there for decoration. Just my thoughts

The thing That I just don't get as I am pondering on this. If that was in fact a UFO, wouldn't cops following it cause it to draw attention if they wanted to truly conceal it?

Obviously many people would have put 2 and 2 together like say. "ok...cops escorting truck with disk shaped object". UFO would come to mind.

My question is why wasn't this concealed in other means?

Either the powers that be dont care anymore or this could very well be a hoax.

One other thing to note, I see mostly police officers, I don't see the men in black nor their vehicles. Unless they are disguised as cops

Although it shapes reminds of a UFO I think no Secret Agency would transport such material in a so simple, familiar way. It's probably a dish or some restaurant ornamentation.

No I did not see or hear of anything, however I'm southwest of town, and didn't venture out very far today.

The only thing I had heard was on the abc15news article on the 14th of September, when that meteor was seen, that somebody a certain Geraldo H. had been included in the article as a comment he had left about seeing police block off an area where the thing supposedly crashed.

That however does not coincide at all with this date, 5 days later.

Thanks, sorry missed that.

Well if it was anything of interest to the military it could've been heading to Nellis AFB which is definitely in that direction. *shrug*.

A UFO is a little bit more valuable to the military than nuclear waste.... There is no way in hell that would realistically ever happen.
