From the YouTube video description:

The film is set in post-nuclear Tokyo in a dimension not so distant from ours. Young salary-man's morning commute takes a surreal turn.

This is a stunning an heart wrenching account of what may be in store for the people of Japan if they remain "blind" to the very real, invisible danger that surrounds them at this time. The creators of the film want the people of Japan to "wake up" just as bad as the rest of us do, however hard of a pill it might be to swallow for the Japanese as a society.

It is well produced and poignant, not wasting any time trying to get the point across. We must help them make this video go viral, along with all other pertinent information regarding Fukushima. The people of the world must no. We cannot remain blind to the danger. I highly suggest taking a couple minutes out of your day to watch this.
