Yes, it's a repost.

And you're looking at a supposed "rod". Normal people like to call them insects or birds. The "object" looks elongated simply due to motion blur created by the cameras long exposure time.

Short fat rod might be a Tesla ship cause it sparks a lot.
Well very fast sparking so the light looks continuous.
