I've seen it discussed on this board alot and i was wondering if i could get any information on it? what is it?who has it, etc...

HAARP realtime fluxgate magnetometer feed. You can see in real time what HAARP is putting out. I find it very interesting to correlate these readings with weather patterns approximately 48-72 hours after a strong emission, or seismic activity approximately 24-48 hours after a strong emission.

Scalar Weapons Causing Earthquakes

ARE EARTHQUAKES BEING CAUSED BY SCALAR WEAPONS?

I do not know what the statistics are but it seems that there are alot of volcanoes going off lately. An at least two very gigantic earthquakes in the past week or so. Having done a good deal of reading at scalar scientist Tom Bearden's website Cheniere.Org I cannot help but wondering if any of this earthquake and volcano activity is being cause by the new scalar electromagnetic superweapons called "Longitudinal Wave Interferometers," or "Tesla Howizters."
According to Bearden the covert development of these devices, in at least 10 countries, began decades ago, especially in Russia, whose scientists were more able than those in the West to think outside the box of conventional electromagnetic theory, a theory which is incomplete. Scalar electromagnetics restores certain equations which were thrown out along the way to "make things simpler," and announces the amazing fact that what we call the vacuum of space is actually an ocean of energy. The energy is there in incredible abundance once you know how to tap it. Energy which could change the world for good, and also energy which can be made into fantastic weapons. Weapons such as no warrier has ever dreamed of in his wildest imagination.
A longitudinal wave interferometer is easy to build. It's just two special antennae and a computer that connects them. The all-important software, the "know-how," is the only difficult thing. Where the two scalar beams cross each other is called the "interference zone," and in that zone a dazzling array of effects can be produced, so many that it boggles the mind. And these longitudinal waves can go right through the earth! So that you have pure action-at-a-distance.
Two of the things that can by done by manipulation of the wave at the interference zone are making earthquakes at a distant spot, and making volcanos erupt. A previous Secretary of Defense, William Cohen, even confirmed that these kinds of weapons were in existence. In 1997 he stated:
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensifour [counter terrorism] efforts." - Defense Secretary William Cohen, 1997
This was 37 years after Soviet Premier Khrushchev had announced the Longitudinal Wave Interferometer to the world saying: "We have a new weapon, just within the portfolio of our scientists, so to speak, which is so powerful that, if unrestrainedly used, it could wipe out all life on earth. It is a fantastic weapon."
In fact so fantastic it can create earthquakes and make sleeping volcanos erupt. Here is an amazing description by Tom Bearden of how a Tesla Howitzer could induce an earthquake.
"Here's how you initiate a very large earthquake with such weapons. Take a convenient fault zone of set of them. Focus the interferometry on the fault zone, in the "diverging" mode, and deposit EM energy there in the rocks on both sides, increasing (slowly) the stress in the rocks by the reverse piezoelectric effect (deposit excess energy, get crystal mechanical movements).
"Do it slowly, and the stress will build up to large pressures well-above a plate slip minimum energy required. At some point, the rocks yield and one or both sides "slip" and move rather sharply, giving a very large earthquake in that zone.
"Do the same thing down in the earth (remember, LWs easily penetrate right through the earth and ocean at will, and so the "interference zone" focus can be inside the earth or beneath the ocean, at will.
"Anyway, focus this thing down to where the active part of the volcano is still slumbering, down where the hole in the plate has been made. Keep increasing the deposition of energy in the magma itself, and eventually the increasing pressure from deep within that volcano, underground, will cause an eruption. Build the energy slow, and the eruption will likely be much larger."

In another mode the howitzer can create "cold explosions" where instead of causing huge energy to be released huge energy is sucked out. A number of these cold explosions have be witnessed, especially by commercial pilots, where they create a gigantic mushroom cloud of mostly water vapor rising miles into the sky.

Another example is the Iran Quake of 1997. It was 7.4 on the Richter scale and aftershocks of as high as 6.0 were expected but there were no aftershocks. It was also at an anomalous depth.

Bearden says that with 100% certainty certain rogue groups including the "Yakuza" (Japanese mafia) are possessing these devices have be waging a weather war on the United States, and perhaps other places, moving fronts around with their giant movable areas of heat and cold.
In the correspondence section of Cheniere.Org Bearden resonded to a reader's question "Do you have any indicators that the Yakuza (or someone else) is behind the recent spate of quakes and volcanoes, especially the quakes in Alaska?"
"No indications directly as yet. So far, just the fact that it seems to be the most powerful quake ever to hit the U.S. Also, it damaged the pipeline in Alaska (800 miles long pipeline) that carries 20% of all domestic U.S. oil. The pipeline is shut down now, and I haven't a picture yet as to whether the damage is just minor or substantial. Note we previously discussed (several times) just how vulnerable that pipeline is.
"We also know (100% certainty) that the Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo have indeed been engineering our weather, etc. since 1990, having leased the scalar interferometers from the Russians (from the KGB, who control and use all such Russian weapons), on site in Russia at the end of 1989...
"So if it is the Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo, one can possibly add a couple of recent volcano eruptions as possible candidates to their list.

If you can cause an earthquake you can also set it to, say, bring down a single buildings, of pair of buildings. It may be that the collapse of WTC twin towers was actually the first major scalar attack in world history. Because in a certain mode the waves at the interference zone can cause metal to soften, even to melt. If so, the planes crashing into them were merely a cover story to cloak the fact that the Tesla Howitzer had been used.
The existence and proliferation of these scalar weapons is an immediate world emergency. A mishap with one of these devices could wipe out all life on earth. They could disrupt the scalar wave balance between earth and sun in such a way that would cause massive solar disturbances and storms, completely frying the earth.
When they invented the Bomb, people worked hard to "Ban the Bomb", but this time the "Bomb" is held in such super secrecy that the People have no idea at all of the threats they are under and the complete vulnerability of any particular point on earth. If the Government really wanted to get people whipped up about the war on terrorism they should simply step forward and tell the People about these weapons and what they can do. They cannot do that because it would be an admission that every square inch of the country was vulnerable to these action-at-a-distance weapons, that there is no longer any such thing as National Security, and that we are all just sitting ducks now. That's a hard pill to swallow but swallow it we must.
Perhaps that's the way human history ends, a bunch of criminal gangs and rogue groups fighting it out with such weapons as even the gods would envy.

Biohazards of Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF)

In reporting on the HAARP project the issue of extremely low frequency (ELF) impacts on human health has been raised. The debate on the impact of ELF is still ongoing in international medical circles. However, recent research points to the fact that these frequencies when shaped and transferred to humans cause significant reactions. In our book, Angels Don't Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, we explore some of these reactions.
HAARP is not the only system available for taking advantage of these new technologies. The military has developed smaller weapon systems for use in battlefield applications. These new weapons were disclosed in documents authored and compiled by the United States Air Force. The Air Force documents indicate that these weapons can be used for mind control, inducing heart attacks, causing electronic failures and creating computer malfunctions. More recently these new weapons have been revealed in International Red Cross documents and in other press reports. In a CBS - 60 Minutes broadcast on February 11, 1996 a report on some of these new systems was shown. The program discussed some of the effects of these new weapons which included disorientation and "flu-like symptoms".
This new classification of weapons has created some level of concern on the part of military planners in trying to find a way to introduce these systems. The United States Army has developed a concept called the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) which begins to unfold the weapons introduction plan. What this document points out is that many of these weapons will operate in a way which is in conflict with American values. The Army realizes that the conflict with our values exists and openly discusses the problem it presents. The Army then goes on to describe a number of ways to reshape those values so that these new weapons can be used. The basic problem, from this writers perspective, is that the U. S. Army's role in the American scene is not intended to "shape and form public values", rather it is supposed to "reflect" American values. The idea that any branch of government should see their role as one of setting the national ethic is wrong.
The United States military has taken advantage of the basic research which demonstrates the effects of various types of electromagnetic radiation. This research is being used for weapons development. These new technologies have been, in part, transferred to the United States Justice Department for use in domestic police actions. The technology transfers have been made over the last several years. Three conferences were held between 1985 and 1993 in order to gradually introduce the technologies. The last conference included discussions of pulsed radio frequency systems and was considered so sensitive that the entire meeting was classified by the Department of Defense and the program sponsor -- Los Alamos Laboratory. This last meeting has led to policy development which now permits technology transfers from the military to the United States Department of Justice.
There are a number of documented effects of these low levels of electromagnetic radiation. The effects can be positive or negative depending upon the intent of the operators. In Europe, and elsewhere, the use of these low levels of electromagnetic radiations are being applied to the development of very effective healing systems. In future articles we will be discussing the findings of researchers and clinicians who are using these new electromedical systems. Significant work has been done in nonsurgical applications for treating heart disease, cancer, diabetes and numerous other disorders. However, on the dark side of these technologies is the military. The Department of Defense uses the same basic information for developing weapons which attack health.
The use of these new weapons in altering and manipulating human brain functions is startling. In November, 1995, I asked Dr. Patrick Flanagan if there was a way to guard against low level radiations in the ELF range. These are the frequency ranges which can cause disruptions in the human brain. He considered the question and then described the following equipment configuration for use in a home or work place:


Dr. Flanagan suggested that a circuit be constructed. The system he described would start with a "white noise" generator. (These are available from organizations like the Sharper Image.) The white noise generator speaker would be disconnected and the speaker's wire leads would be connected to the input side of a power amplifier. The output side of that power amplifier would then be connected to an insulated copper wire which would be looped once around the area which was to be protected against ELF. This circuit would provide protection for low power density ELF signals. The purpose of the system is to create a situation where the ELF signals cannot "lock" onto biological systems -- like human beings. The effectiveness of the system would be based upon its actual construction and the ELF power levels in the area. The components for construction can be readily obtained from electronic supply houses and can be built by people skilled in electronics to assure that the components sizes match correctly.

An update on the newest HAARP Facility.

I still dont have a deffinite location for the HAARP location in Colorado, but it is within approximately 80 miles of NORAD, and found out today it has been built underground.

HAARP at Gakona is listed as being 33 acres in area, although I understand it to be in the midst of an expansion taking it to in excess of 50 acres. The one in Colorado is said to be over 100 acres in size, situated in a large cavern.

Gakona is listed as producing approximately 15 megawatts output (although it has been recorded to pump out in excess of 3.5 gigawatts at times). The new facility is supposedly capable of in excess of 7-10 gigawatts.

Hmmm... wonder why they are building something so much larger and vastly more powerful than Gakona, which is already the most powerful transmitter on the planet....

Wonder why they are building it underground?

Also, considering the known effects that Gakona is able to cause on the weather, seismic activity, and on humans/animals, and this facility is going to pump out as much as 3 times the output... wonder what will happen to the world when it goes online????

I don't know much about it. I have severe doubt it's used for "mind control" but do see the benefits of a missle defense system and an oil detection device.

Why is this thread showing number of views as "-2" . I'd never seen a negative number for thread-viewer count before. Is it mind control? Or merely thread control? . Seriously though, something has gone wacky with the system I think, unless there's some other explanation.

The HAARP fluxgate magnetometer does not measure "power" output of the HAARP. A magnetometer is a scientific instrument used to measure the strength and/or direction of the magnetic field in the vicinity of the instrument, not the power output that I am aware of.

I don't think HAARP produces enough power to do what most conspiracies say....imo of course.

On HAARP's own FAQ page they say the following;

The array, along with its integrated transmitters, has a total radiated power capability of about 3,600 kilowatts.

The HF transmitter system is able to produce approximately 3.6 million Watts of radio frequency power. However, the HAARP transmitters have been designed to operate very linearly (in Class AB mode) so that they will not produce radio interference to other users of the radio spectrum. To achieve that degree of linearity, the transmitters operate at an efficiency of only about 45 %. For every 100 Watts of input power 45 Watts of Radio Frequency power is generated and the rest is lost in the transmitter cabinet as heat. (As an analogy, a 75 Watt light bulb gets quite hot while it's producing the light you actually see.) In addition, the on-site diesel generators must provide power for other equipment used by the transmitters including the cooling system and low level amplifier stages. As a result, approximately 10 million Watts of prime power will be required when the transmitter system is operating at full power.

I dunno, that looks like a pretty big chunk of power! And that is probably not what it will really do, they never put the full power of anything on a FAQ page.
