Well this is no conspiracy but quite interesting to say the least. I've had a few chemistry classes before but never covered this..

The iodine clock reaction (also known as the Harcourt-Esson reaction or the Harcourt-Essen reaction) is a classical chemical clock demonstration experiment to display chemical kinetics in action; it was discovered by Hans Heinrich Landolt in 1886.[1] Two colorless solutions are mixed and at first there is no visible reaction, but after a short time delay, the liquid suddenly turns to a shade of dark blue. The iodine clock reaction exists in several variations.

Your thoughts?
Good day...

Iodine with starches produces a blue/black color. It is used for all kinds of dyes and tests.

Very cool when you first see it though. This is also how counterfeit detection pens work (b/c money is cotton not paper).

Education is great (see previous post); I'll just have some iodine enriched salt and be fine. It wont kill you, and you actually need it (thyroid....research goiter)....

Get real....get educated.
