I don't think China and Russia will ever agree to a resolution regarding military action against Syria. Russia already made very clear that they will not tolerate any attack on Syria.

The so called "Arab Spring" in Tunisia and Egypt looked like it was started by the people of those countries and to some extent this might be true. But it helped clouding the mind of the western media and the people. It was the elites goal all along to get rid of the regimes in Libya, Syria and Iran. But how do you manage to rally your own people behind these wars. You start "revolutions" in Egypt and Tunisia and demonize all African and Middle East heads of state as brutal dictators, which in some cases might be accurate, I am just not so sure about Gaddafi.
