Another cracker from Michelle.
She thinks the American people are worried about the Soviet Union!

GOP presidential hopeful Michele Bachmann said today that Americans "fear the rise of the Soviet Union" during an appearance on a conservative radio talk show.
"What people recognize is that there's a fear that the United States is in an unstoppable decline. They see the rise of China, the rise of India, the rise of the Soviet Union and our loss militarily going forward," Bachmann said on Jay Sekulow's radio show.

With the way Putin has been talking, along with the tentative encroachment into Georgia, I'd be worried about the rise of the Soviet Union again.

Putin will be in full control of Mother Russia again next year.
He is ex KGB,with fingers in many dodgy pies.

If you examine the history of Russia it is one of peaks and troughs - from the rise of the Tsars - to the retrenchment of the Bolsheviks - then back to the rise of Stalin and the post cold war. As a student of both politics and history I have learnt never to judge a book by its cover.

on that note the lady does seem to have some intelligence.

Hmm,this does become worrisome with the impending doom the EU seems to be looking at right now.
A nasty convergence of events is possible.

So maybe Bachmann inadvertently got something right even if her "Soviet Union" terminology may have been wrong.
That makes it more scary maybe.

That picture is priceless. I hope its real because that's the BIGGEST corn dog I've ever seen. The guy sitting behind her knows its a Kodak moment. The hot dog could be representative of TPTB? Enough said!

I, one among many, am tired of being lied to by politicians. Bachmann has so many lies under her belt, it's ridiculous. Sure, some "lies" can PERHAPS just be honest mistakes, like confusing John Wayne with John Wayne Gacy...but in the past she has called herself Dr. Michelle Bachmann, and has never been a doctor of any kind--this is definitely not a mistake. She also never had 23 foster kids at once, which she is still claiming. I do believe she can count higher than 23, so this is not a mistake, either. For further information:
