Julia Gillard is, I believe, is a person with communist leanings. I believe that she has a plan to bring in more regulations in an already over regulated nation and will bring those regulations in on the back of many such issues including climate. It would be one of the oldest tricks in the communist hand book if there is a communist hand book. In fact Václav Klaus, the leader of the Czechs Republic, who grew up under communism and is against communism warned that it's social, economic and global issues that allows politicians with communist leanings to bring in regulations meant to control the population. Václav Klaus is also a scientist and he does not agree with man made climate change and in a recent visit to Australia Gillard refused to meet with him. Why? Because he's a scientist who understands who doesn't agree with man caused climate change and has stated that most scientists don't? or is it because he can spot a communist?

She is a Globalist. Who is in bed the TPTB who want to tax the planet for breathing. So they can put all that money into their personal coffors. If people enjoy making the rich richer out of their personal pockets then total poverty is what they want and will definitely get.

Stop listening to the likes of Alan Jones and wake up. What an absolutely rediculous thread.

This whole carbon-tax debate really has proven beyond doubt that the average IQ of the population is far lower than most people would have expected.

Klaus isnt the Prime Minister, Petr Necas is the Prime Minister, Vaclav Klaus is the Czech President

June 2010

Czech President Vaclav Klaus has appointed Petr Necas, the leader of a major conservative party, as the country's new prime minister

www.dw-world.de...

Furthermore, Klaus isnt a scientist as you claim he is an Economist

He obtained his university education at the University of Economics, Prague (majoring in the Foreign Trade Economics and graduating in 1963), and economics thus became his specialist field for his entire life. He took advantage of the relative liberalisation in the then Czechoslovakia in order to study in Italy (1966) and the USA (1969). As a research worker at the Institute of Economics of the Czech Academy of Sciences he completed his postgraduate scientific studies and in 1968 was awarded the title of app. PhD. in Economics.

For more information > Curriculum Vitae > www.hrad.cz...

This is what he said in Australia July 2011 on the matter:

[...]"The relationship between economic activity and carbon emissions is very strong and very stable," the former economist told The Australian.

Mr Klaus believes some slowing down of carbon emissions trends in Europe was more influenced by the global financial crisis than the European ETS.[...]

[...]The President applies economic reasoning to put climate change in perspective. "Any rational economist must always stress the standard cost-benefit analysis instead of precautionary principle used by global warming alarmists. The costs of fighting the climate will be much higher than the costs of potential global warming -- if there will be any -- in the foreseeable future."

"I don't want to make cheap comparisons of their ideology with communism, but I do see many similarities . . . It is a new variant for the activist political Left, and I spent all my life fighting such a political thinking because I lived in such a political system."

Mr Klaus fears the climate change debate is leading to the politicisation of science.

And he is amazed at the comment by activist Clive Hamilton that climate change may demand "the suspension of democratic processes".

"We have heard many times in the past, especially in the tragic moments of the 20th century, words like 'suspension of democratic processes' in the name of 'higher values, goals, ideas'."

Communism was a typical example, he said. "We have to insist there is no trade-off between democracy and concrete goals." [..]

Another lenghtly interview (that doesnt touch on Climate Change) when he was in Australia, but it will give you an idea of how the man thinks on many different issues

Now...

There's been suggestion by Economists here and abroad and opposition politicans whether going ahead with the Carbon Tax is a good idea presently because of the Global Financial Meltdown we are all witnessing happening around us

I didn't say he was their PM I said he was the leader. Also you can read what other people have put on the net all you want including the media but I watched the interview with him on TV and he said what I wrote he said.

He obtained his university education at the University of Economics, Prague (majoring in the Foreign Trade Economics and graduating in 1963), and economics thus became his specialist field for his entire life. Still a scientist. Science of economics has to understand the impact of many things in relation to economics including cllimate change.

I did not say that he was a climatologist

Anything is better than listening to the hoards of extremest political commentators in this country that flood our radio, tv and press posing as 'journalists' and spreading lies, fear, negaitivity and hate messages. They have one goal and it never changes and that is to protect their own wealth and invesments and that of their employer. They convince the sheeple that black is white whenever they want to and at the moment the do it daily in a relentless onslaught to protect their gravy train.

Hey Steveknows, I bet your surname is Nothing - correct? Mr Steveknows Nothing

Hmmm you're obviously one of those people who can't stand people seeing things from a different point to yourself. Obvioulsy growing up unheard or often forgotten about. You most likely use the word "correct" as often as you can due to the fact that you'd hardly heard it in refernece to yourself whilst growing up. Run along now child and don't let the world scare you so much. Oop. Here's a sticker you might remember from your school books
