it seemed that there weren't any places in my city's schools who would do a lunch program, they did breakfast programs but that was the Canadian education system of the Mike Harris years just education cuts etc etc.

Yet again our so-called superpower USA fails to properly nourish our children, what has happened to our schools? I remember 80's lunches in my elementary school were better than what was in the OP. Wow, that is horrible! Pack your children's lunches, I wouldn't let the American schools feed my kid any day. Brazil's plate looks filling and France, well the fries I'm not too impressed with, but the rest looks pretty good. As far as the artichoke goes, Man, I love those things! :roll

That baked spud on the UK plate looks delicious. My secondary school had excellent food, the best day was always Fridays though; Fish and chips with peas and remoulade sauce, followed by cake and custard. Mmmm
