When I was a kid the only video games were Intellivision and Atari. Im curious which one did you have? I had Intellivision and loved it, my neighbor had Atari so I was able to play both. Intellivision rules, it had much better graphics.

Intellivision was cooler, but Atari had Adventure! one of the best Atari games ever produced, next to Barnstormers of course!

I couldn't STAND that stupid Intellivision controller.

A silver disk? What the heck? 5 minutes after they hooked a new one up for the K-Mart display it was broken.

My friend got one, so I finally got my hands on a working one...but I still hated it. Thumb play? No way.

JOYSTICK BABY! That was the way to go.

It was the first video game system I had and I have fond memories of it.

Don't stress it, I'm young at heart. BTW, I got to see all those Ali/ Fraizer/ Forman/ Shaver fights when they were first aired.

Oh man STAR RAIDERS! I bought every incarnation of the game... even the one on the ill fated Atari 5200. I absolutely loved that game-- next to Tempest... Its a shame that modern game players will probably never know how great Star Raiders truly was.

Never did care much for intellivsion- didn't like that weird control disc- although Solar Sailor was kind of cool.
