well our atmosphere is constantly picking up water from the oceans...

I doubt we could run them dry.

While I can see the humanitarian aspects of your thoughs. Look at things from a different view.

The population of Somolia produces nothing. Whether it's because the country has no natural resources or the people just don't have any work ethics.
Aid organizations have been there for decades and what has been the result?

IMO If the world gave every Somoli food and water for each and every day all the world would get in return is more Somoli's

Ill hold you to those thoughts..
When maybe your children is in a similar situation..

Or why not just snap every NONPRODUCING citizen..
Alcoholics, drugadicts, mentaly challanged...

It already goes on. Just look in any major city. In my city there are shootings daily with several deaths per week. But since it’s in the bad part of town and involves the druggie people the city at large doesn’t care. But if it was in the affluent suburbs you can bet they would form a commission to get to the bottom of it.

It’s really hard to have much sympathy for a country that’s a thousand years older than the US but are not much beyond the hunter gathering phase. Add to that we tried to come in and help a few years ago and got a bloody nose .
