Could this be a U.S. led judeo/christian conspiracy to behead and boil the eyes of all Iraqi police?

Or could this be the insurgency's Allah inspired way of letting the Iraqi collaborators see the truth?

Iraq's are killing Iraq's. So this is what a US-led Occupation has produced. To me Informing the Iraq' civillians would have been a better course of action. Killing Al Jazerra television doesn't help matters. Americans should be using Al-Jazeera to spread the message of what they're there to do.

No doubt Al-Jazera would spread a message.

Somehow, however, I get the distinct feeling that it would not coincide with western news agencies' viewpoint. Al-Jazera might even place a good "spin" on the octogenerian clobbering, eyeball boiling, insurgent hijinks.

What a mess this has turned into.

Najaf Fighting Intensies Amid Peace Push (sic)

BAGHDAD, Iraq Aug. 17, 2004 � A U.S. warplane bombed near Najaf's vast cemetery as fighting with Shiite militants intensified Tuesday. An Iraqi delegation brought a peace proposal aimed at ending the standoff in the holy city, which has marred a Baghdad conference meant to be a landmark step toward democracy.
