Why do we not have more politicians like this in government? Why is it that it seems the majority in government consistently stand for the billionaires and corporations? And where the hell is the media? Where are the stories of people struggling? It's damn near nonexistent. The media....all 3 major corporate networks...HAVE COMPLETELY FAILED.

All of them....FOX, MSNBC, and CNN. Local news is really the only place where you will see the problems that you, friends, and family share.

I've heard enough of Ron Paul...this is the man that is truly standing up for the middle class and the poor.

Class warfare? yeah we can talk class warfare.

Guess who's winning???

Bernie Sanders: President Obama should be held accountable

If by that we mean Obama's entire ADMINISTRATION, then I agree. Presidential faces are too often no more than just that -- faces. Faces with nothing to say but propagandist rhetoric and pre-decided agenda pushing.

Why do we not have more politicians like this in government?

Because after all the years of "education" and "fighting for office", politicians just want to do what politicians do, put their hands in corporate pockets and pad their dishonest net worth. They know that the general population is too busy pretending that their nationalism is patriotism to even care.

Bernie is a honest, though adamantly socialist politician.

That's why no one really listens to him, but the MSM love him anyway.

Source?

I always thought he was a social democrat.

He's a registered Independent, but does caucus with Democrats....although often does not vote with them. And yes, as far as I know, he's the only politician that I know of that has called himself a socialist....but has had no problem getting re-elected as he often goes door to door to talk to his constituents. He does it the way you are supposed to and does the best he can to represent the people that vote for him.

He's the "Ron Paul" of the left....and yes...they do agree on some issues....namely foreign policy, the federal reserve, and some others....but obviously...there is a distinct difference between the two.

Not near as much as they love Ron Paul. Ron Paul gets more airtime than any other politician that I know of...on all 3 major corporate networks....and Ron Paul is a polar opposite ideologically.

Socialist or social democrat...call Bernie Sanders what you will. He is the last remaining politician who gives a damn about the people who elected him, his home state of Vermont and the people of the United States. Anyone who wants to argue needs to look at the unemployment rate of VT and compare it to their own state. Go Bernie Sanders! Let that ineffectual misanthrope Obama know what is going on because his head has been lopped off by the childish antics of the Republicans.
