Yet another offcial cover story for the TTR

OK, perhaps it is a bit cynical to call this a cover story. Basically it shows the DOE portion of the TTR or perhaps the TTR itself to have a smaller footprint. This isn't clear from the report. Looking at the map, it appears some land that used to be in the TTR is now shows as part of the NTTR (Nevada Test and Training Range.)
