Immediately after the Oslo shootings, I began reading Breivik’s so-called ”Manifesto”—called such by others rather than Breivik, as it turns out. He uses the term ”compendium” instead, which may be more technically accurate. Much of the work’s 1,518 pages is taken from other sources, a point Breivik acknowledges in passing almost as an afterthought. A very few citations are given, but much of the work is a blend of different authors' writings organized and connected by Breivik. Much, too, seems to be original.

Having now gone through most of it, I debated whether or not to post the following outline of the work. I finally decided it should be brought to light, because to dismiss this man’s writing as merely ”the ravings of a madman” or something similar would be to gloss over what is, in fact, a rather lucidly presented plan for a program of European revolution. If being aware of how he thinks can contribute to the prevention of further violence, than it is worth it. Also, I have heard that there is a grassroots Internet campaign to release corrupted versions of the text. If this happens, important clues to the man’s actual thought (which may be the actual thought of others as well, either now or in the future) will be lost.

The work contains important, if starling and disturbing, portions that may give clues to future plans. For example, consider the following chilling passage:

...Patriotic militias must create and update execution lists containing the names of every single parliamentarian, journalist, NGO leader/board member and university lecturer/professor etc. who has supported and propagated multiculturalist doctrines…it is critical that the patriotic organisations and military orders systematically hunt down and locate every single category A and B traitor in a coordinated effort within a specific time frame (7 day operation involving 100 hunters per 1000 traitors optimally). Uncoordinated efforts of sporadic executions will only result in a scenario where many of our targets are given the time to flee the country. This is why several patriotic movements must cooperate on a well coordinated “decisive blow” campaign as soon as possible and BEFORE the civil war has ended. It might be tempting to make a spectacle out of the celebratory “lynching” of specific targets. However, this type of behaviour is counterproductive and not at all tactical as it will draw too much attention and alert other cultural Marxist traitors. We must ensure that we focus on eliminating all cultural Marxists before they get a chance to flee the country or before they disappear off our radar…

Should this kind of information be swept under the rug or ignored? If somebody is actually planning something like this, awareness is of paramount importance.

As far as I know, this is the first complete, cover-to-cover outline presented by a private citizen who has gone over the book personally. I have yet to see anything like this elsewhere on the Internet or anywhere at all in the mainstream media, so consider this an exclusive, ATS. Of course, teh Intranets is a big place, so chances are I’m wrong. And in the days ahead, no doubt more rigorous minds than mine will provide more in-depth analysis. I also am sure there are some errors and of course much is missing: fifteen hundred pages in ...uh, howmanydaysnow? Not too many my friends. So go easy on ole Silent. 2083: A European Declaration of Independence

Introduction
The author begins with a general message and some information about the book and how he wants it to be distributed. He then starts to analyze ”political correctness” and ”cultural Marxism” as he understands them. He focuses heavily on academic phenomena such as: ”deconstruction and literature,” ”radical feminism” and the Frankfurt school.


Book 1: ” History, Marxism and Islam”
”What your government, the academia and the media are hiding from you. Revisionism based on appeasement and anti-European thinking.”

He describes how political correctness and cultural Marxism have led to revisionism and a negation of traditional European history. He criticizes the universities.

He then begins a discussion of Islam, briefly treating doctrinal phenomena such as Al-Taqiyya and Naskh. He begins a discussion of the history of Islam that contains a number of bare-bones facts but is (predictably) very anti-Islamic, emphasizing certain features of Islamic doctrine and history while ignoring others. Topics treated here include the Muslim invasion of Hindu Kush, the Crusades, the Ottoman Empire, Armenian Genocide, the Muslims in Europe in Medieval times, and the Balkans.


Book 2: Europe Burning
”In this book we review and analyze Europe’s current problems. We will also look at possible solutions.”

He begins with a discussion of the so-called ”EU Eurabia Project.” This theory (it straddles the shadowy realm between conspiracy theory and academic theory) may be familiar to some ATS members, and it is not original to Breivik. The theory posits a deliberate attempt to ”Islamize” Europe carried out by traitorous European Elites.

The next section takes on, as he puts it: ”multiculturalism, globalism, feminism, emotionalism, suicidal humanism, egalitarianism - a recipe for disaster.” He sees feminism as a ”war on boys” that has effinized and softened up European manhood, leaving the continent ripe for Muslim plunder.

Then he presents information regarding the people he considers the ”cultural Marxist/multiculturalist intellectual elite,” with a focus on politicians, academics, and the media. Globalized capitalism and big multinational business are criticized, particularly for promoting immigration.

The several following sections turn the focus back to Islam. Modern-era conflicts in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa are treated extensively, with a focus on radical Islamist/jihadi attacks, extremist movements, etc. Islam is painted in a very dim light, needless to add. European demography and statistics showing the end of Europe’s indigenous populations and cultures as the continent becomes overwhelmingly Islamic. Various political developments in recent European history are analyzed. Much of this material was not written by Breivik.

The book then turns to ”effective communication and consolidation”. Strategies are presented for forging communications among different cultural conservatives in Europe. He recommends copying tried-and-tested Marxist organizational tactics. The role of the Christian church and Judaism are discussed. Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan are praised as examples of effective, modern monocultural societies. There follows a grab-bag of topics, too many to describe here. Examples of content include: ” Are all European men weak minded cowards or are they just brainwashed?” "The Self-Defeat of the United States” ”Preserve or replace the European monarchies?” ”Future deportations of Muslims from Europe” and ”Change of investment/education mentality in the coming decades”


Book 3: The Conservative Revolution
”The only Solution for free Europeans”

DISCLAIMER: This book contains a great deal of material I consider highly objectionable and which may or may not be legally problematic depending on where you live. To avoid any related problems, I deemphasize such content in the outline.

The book opens with the argument that the time for dialogue has come to an end. Charges are leveled against the elites of Europe, for treason against their people in the form of multiculturalism and Islamicization.

In the next section, Breivik outlines the European Civil War as he believes it will unfold in the coming century. This section is worth quoting at length, for it is the heart of his vision:

- From the creation of EU’s Eurabia project in combination with the implementation of
cultural Marxism (European multiculturalism) in 1955 to the NATO bombing campaigns of

- Islam, 2-30% based on country
- Open source warfare, military shock attacks by clandestine cell systems.
- Further consolidation of conservative forces.
European Civil War, Phase 2 – 2030-2070
- Islam, 15-40% based on country
- Consolidation continues, more advanced forms of resistance groups.
- Preparation for pan-European coup d’etats.
European Civil War, Phase 3 – 2070-2083
- Islam, 30-50% based on country
- Pan-European coup d’etats. Cultural Communism/multiculturalism defeated in the first
European country followed by the rest.
- The implementation of a Cultural Conservative political agenda begins.
- Execution of cultural Marxist/multiculturalist category A and B traitors initiated.
- Deportation of Muslims initiated.

There are four potential outcomes of Phase 2 and 3
1. The Multiculturalist Alliance might attempt to create several "mini-Pakistan’s" within Europe
(granting Muslims territory/autonomy). This must be stopped at all costs.
2. Reformation of Islam resulting in a secularised and impotent version who rejects larger
parts of Sharia law, the concept of Quranic abrogation, Al-Taqiyya, Jihad and every
“intolerant” sura and hadith. This scenario is very unlikely due to the fact that it would only
be supported by the secular Muslims.
3. Coup - European Resistance Movements with the assistance of the national militaries will
successfully overthrow the cultural Marxist/multiculturalist regimes of Western Europe
resulting in Muslim deportations (relatively few casualties). This scenario is the preferred
outcome.
4. Civil war (cultural conservatives vs. cultural Marxists and Muslim forces) - resulting in
atrocities committed by both sides (Lebanon/Serbia variants). Atrocities such as acts of
genocide or unchecked pogroms might be a result in scenario 1. 2. 3. or 4. Many
inhabitants will flee to the US, Russia, Australia or New Zealand.

One of the above scenarios is likely to happen before the end of Phase 2 (2030-2070)　or　in Phase 3.

The next significant section is also worth a closer look because it describes his systemization of ”traitors” as follows:
Category A traitors: ”Hardcore Marxists”
Category B traitors: ”Cultural Marxists”
Category C traitors: ”Suicidal humanists/career cynicists and capitalist globalists”

After the next significant shift, he begins to describe his ”order”: The Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici (Knights Templar), or PCCTS. A history of the original Templars is provided (fairly dry and orthodox) and then he describes how the new organization was founded.

He then goes into a systematic description of the PCCTS ”Order/Tribunal.” The PCCTS is described at length. A general outline is provided, which is worth reproducing here as follows:

Europe. This may change in the future but will be limited to European

The next portion is one I personally consider very significant. Breivik discusses what he calls ”Open source” warfare: his vision for a clandestine cell system of anonymous, like-minded individuals. Any ”Christian, Christian agnostic or a Christian atheist” is invited to join, and no racial restrictions are imposed. A candidate self-initiates with the initiation ritual and oath provided in the book, and then carries out terrorist operations as a “Justiciar Knight.” The roles of judge, jury, and executioner are all embodied in this person, according to Breivik. There is no central command structure. The various cells are small (1-2 persons, recommended) and have little or no contact, to avoid infiltration. The idea may remind one of other recent internet “phenomena” that have been in the news…self-propagating, decentralized, networked, meme-like systems. A few additional topics are treated, such as the virtues of “Using terror as a method for waking up the masses ( many of our people will hate us for it).”

The next section is where my pen halts in mid-air, ATS. Here Breivik outlines ”operations.” I will not provide the details of this section, other than to note that it includes information on tactical and strategic considerations as well as weapons of mass destruction and their deployment in terrorist operations.

The ”Operational” material is followed by a section titled ”Communication and Logistics.” Here Breivik discusses how to craft image and propaganda, the roles of martyrdom and prison, etc. Some ceremonial and symbolic aspects are treated in great detail, such as uniform, insignia, military awards and commendations, burial and tomb information for fallen members of the order, and so on.

Of possible interest in the days ahead, this section closes out with information on how to present a court statement for propaganda reasons and ” Finding the right defense attorney/legal counsel for your trial.” A section called ”Various topics” covers miscellaneous information, including the details of the PCCTS Knights Templar Oath and Ordination Rite.

The next section is called ”European political solutions for the future” and treats a number of longer-range nuts-and-bolts issues for setting up a new Europe. Topics include the future of Christian Church. ”recreating patriarchal social structures, information on sexual morality and STDs, implementing anti-feminist policies and preventing European population decline. Education, welfare, economic models, foreign relations, crime prevention are discussed.

The final section: Titled: "Under construction – not edited" by Breivik
This is a very miscellaneous section of articles and information found at the end of the book. It is quite large, but I will not bother to summarize all the odds and ends. The most significant sections here are A) detailed descriptions of Phases 2 and 3 of the long-term European civil war and B) A set of ”Christian” justifications for the war and his actions. A section of ”further studies” follows. This is a series of appendix-like treatments of various topics such as ”Successful militant organizations - Case studies” and ”The Study of Revolutions”. A glossary comes at the end.

A think extremist is a good enough term for him. Crazy misses the details; his manifesto. If you miss the details, you'll miss the chance to catch another one like him b4 they commit violence.

I think he did more harm for his interests by releasing his manifesto than if people had just called him crazy. Now the authorities know what to look for, at least somewhat. Look for people with similar passionate views that endorse violence in the name of their own corrupted version of patriotism. Look for people who don't just mindlessly mumble, but write whole books.

It gives us clues. Maybe one day we'll know how to spot extremists with more precision. The violent ones are more important to spot, though. But I think even non-violent extremists can be dangerous through political or other more subtle means of defeating their enemies.

Seeing this as a Norwegian, in the middle of a mourning period here in Oslo and Norway in general, it's hard for me to say what I actually think of this in public.. It is without doubt a sick thing to do, killing innocent kids, or killing someone at all based on this, but at the same time I feel that I can agree with him in many of his meanings. Are we just gonna wait and see that the Western world get's raped by an overdose of multiculturalism? Remember, we can't really say at a time in the near future that it's enough, let's close the borders and restore our blonde hair and blue-eyed civilization. It's important to remember that they will outnumber us in time, so it may already be too late.

You know, we're only 4,7 million people living here in Norway. We have a proud history which many wants to keep. The values of what many of us believe in will not survive when our socialist government is taking in thousands of non-western immigrants every year. Here in Oslo, we're 500 000 people. If you go to our city, and see for yourself, you won't see too many ethnic Norwegians in the central parts.

I actually read almost all of the manifesto.

I agreed with some of it but the bulk of the book was about a man's (insane) quest to become famous (by-any-means). Seems society made this man (as many) feel as if they didn't matter, most dismiss it and get on with the grind but Anders, well we all know how it ended.

To be honest I think these kind of attacks are going to increase.

Has anyone considered that he commited the shooting to bring to attention his so called "manifesto". I am sure there will be numerous Nazi's and racists hailing his work. The neo-Nazi is on the rise in Eastern Europe especially Russia.

What I don't understand is why he shot a lot of young white people. He is clearly against muslims. Why didn't he blow up a bunch of mosqes? What was it about those young whites that he did not like? Are they pro-immigration?
