The German company, Rum & Co has been asked by Paypal to "Remove any Cuban cigars from their website, which violate the PayPal terms of use". these T&C are violating german law becuase they are handled like a bank in europe...

Makes a change from invading them I guess.

Call me crazy but the US seems to do everything it can to affect the EU in the economy, today Cyprus has been downgraded because they MIGHT be needing help from the EU, not do, but MIGHT.
And now with higher bond rates because of the downgrade, it will certainly be more likely.
