The Defition of a "Noble Lie" from the dictionary:
In politics a noble lie is a myth or untruth, often, but not invariably, of a religious nature, knowingly told by an elite to maintain social
harmony.
The threat of radical Islamism as a massive, sinister organised force of destruction, specifically in the form of al-Qaeda, is a myth perpetrated by
politicians in many countries—and particularly American Neo-Conservatives—in an attempt to unite and inspire their people following the failure of
earlier, more utopian ideologies.
You might want to check out the BBC documentary "The Power of Nightmares" which explains this brilliantly and also angered many politicians.

So basically after all the mess the Elite have created, they then set up a man called called Anders Behring Breivik to commit a massacre on Utoya
Island, Norway, just to teach people that Islamisation is not the only threat (when really it was hardly a threat to begin with, except fuel extremist
views deliberately).
I am guessing this mess will take a long time to clear up because with the addition of the supposed "far right White al qaeda" on the rise, it is an
attempt to unite and inspire the people for a more utopian world.
So let me reiterate once more on the key points here:
1) Al Qaeda was a hoax organisation perpetrated by politicians in many countries as lie to unite people to maintain social harmony.
2) Islamisation was never a threat, it was the ideal scapegoat, and hey, its still a good one even today.
3) There is no Far Right threat on the rise except the ones the Elite have intentionally created.
4) Those unsuspecting people who have fallen for the bait will find it very difficult to believe any of these points because their beliefs are
ingrained deeply into brains because of cognitive dissonance.
We can't do much to alter the Elite's plan of events, so I guess we'll just have to play along
