That plans sets up only the rich to be in politics as the salary paid would be irrelevant. That is in fact how it is right now. Only the rich are elected and they could care less about the pay.

He should have included Spouses so Pelosi's husbands wealth increase from government funded contracts was included.

It is time to charge them with the RICO act and a few other charges. Freeze their assests to help pay off the debt they have created. They are no different than any other criminal government on this planet. We all need to scream to the heavens until the illegal profit they have made and are making is removed from them. philanthropists and philosophers? Not so sure. Except in rare moments (Ayn Rand), these tend to be all heart and no mind. Gotta have some balance.

Philanthropists can go socialist too easy and philosophers can tell you all day why a light bulb should be screwed in a socket but not have the ability to do so.
