I have a mentally handicapped brother and making a video is right up his alley. Just because he isn't "all there" doesn't stop him from doing and enjoying the same exact things as a normal person with obvious exceptions of course. He is just as responsible as any 14 yr old meaning he knows how to use a camera and the recorder, cook his own food etc. Just because he is slow doesn't mean that he is not creative or stupid.

Personally I think that Frankie is having an awesome time making his videos and I really find them enjoyable. They are a lot more entertaining than most of the stuff people put on YT. The subjects he speaks/hollers about are obviously important to him and he is just trying to get his message across to the masses!

Side note:
A handicapped person is never "stupid" they just aren't as intelligent as a person with a higher IQ. The only one that is a loser is the person calling them stupid.

Frankies awesome, heard the guy on the radio all the time when I was out east working in Ontario. I'm pretty sure frankie likes what he does as I have said before, on the last thread with frankie in it. The guy does guest appearances on the radio shows he's well aware of his star status. But overall just awesome, for what it's worth I hope his prediction doesn't ring true. But the way this year has gone already, who really knows.

Keep up the good reporting though frankie!!!
