Finally i now know why i can flag a post i have been searching all over to try and for out how many posts and stuff you need to flag and read the RATS forum and for other members its 20 posts to flag and 200 to read RATS

Has the 30-day time period changed? I ask because I was just visiting a thread I flagged on 22-9-2011 (5-days ago) and I have no option to unflag. I don't necessarily wish to unflag the thread; I just found it curious that I don't have the option.

I have been a member since august 2010 didn't realize i had so few post 12 in a year all though i come here everyday i rarely log in. I did not know the rules had changed any way i guess i have some posting to do.

I do think that it is fair and makes good sense.
