Do the Federal Reserve Bankers since they print the money do they have to worry about higher taxes on the Rich/Wealthy they can just print more right ?

the rich and wealthy just pass on those extra costs back to the consumers and clients . We pay for it for one way or another . There precious profits are protected with with the sting of greed.

When the fed prints money. The tax payer is stuck with the intrest payments on that. When the elite get taxed more its just passed down the chain untill it hits average joe once again ...

It might be the Fed and live in the USA but you can bet your bottom dollar it is either exempt of USA tax or it has massive interests in Belgium or somewhere so will pay tax at their very low level and certainly not to the USA.
