What is this place?

I guess you can't really rule out the idea that parts of it are (secretly) still in use. I mean, why just leave it sitting there? the size etc of it would make it a good, usable area.

I personally would love to buy it and clear it out haha, doubt it would ever happen though

Yeh i dont think they'd just abandon it. But i would have thought they'd be making more use of it than they are, with it being the size it is.
