ok here is a curious question for ATS..... would it be possible to file suit against all companies and governments forcing floride on us and not providing us with a choice....

They wont let people have the choice to have raw milk if they want. I don't see them wanting to let people have a choice in water, other than bottled.

Well, at least suite in one place is still keeping fluoride from being reintroduced.

If there's enough campaign, enough people(it's all over the US) to speak out against it, enough donations to hire lawyers, enough ads, etc, could be possible...

Two years after fluoride lawsuit, Watsonville water still fluoride free

WATSONVILLE - Two years after a California appellate court ordered Watsonville to fluoridate, negotiations for fluoridation terms continue, and so does the investigation of fluoride safety.

But vindication for one side of the debate inches closer.

Late last month, the state Carcinogen Identification Committee, which reviews chemicals to determine toxicity, placed fluoride in the top nine of 38 compounds for complete review, including possible links to cancer. Flouride Free
