Bush lauds House on child protection bill

WASHINGTON, March 27 (UPI) -- President George W. Bush Thursday praised the U.S. House of Representatives for its approval of a national child abduction notification system that includes stiffer penalties for sex offenders and abolishes the statute of limitations on crimes against children.

"Protecting our children is a shared priority for the American people and federal, state and local authorities," said Bush in a statement issued after the House vote.

Hmmm...If I remember the history correctly, wasn't there some other leader who screwed ove his own people & began attacking the rest of the world...but also showed a strong insterest in "indoctrinating" the children?
