Probably a balloon, at least it's daytime.

This is not china but japan you can tell form the japanese writing on the sign, it says koohii コーヒー, coffee, and is filmed from the backside, here is the original video with original sound.

What are the characteristics of a balloon? Like, how do you know when it's a balloon and how do you know when it isn't? Just based on flight pattern?

Flight pattern, and the way it spins, tumbles and flops around in the air. No advanced craft is going to spin, tumble or flop around in the air. If you are sitting in a craft, how are you supposed to observe with the constant spinning, tumbling and flopping? How is a probe supposed to get readings with constant spinning, tumbling and flopping?

Almost any video with a craft that is spinning, tumbling or flopping around, is most assuredly a balloon of some sort.

I want to say CGI. I am not one of those skeptics or people who immediately call it off as fake, but at around 1:37(if it's not my eyes playing a trick on me) you can see when the camera moves slightly just before he zooms out, the object moves with the camera as if it were edited in there. Sort of like a sticker on the lens.

It looks alot like a baloon to me, maybe it is somehting else, but to my eyes thats what it looks like.

I see the spinning, but not the tumbling and flopping. I think it is a remote controlled helicopter. But whatever it is, the photographer is pulling the focus, making sure the audience cannot get a clear view. He knows what it is but it trying to fool us.

Tired of seeing all these ships, how about we see one of these bad boys land and show us some real power.

One of the youtube comments mentions a glitch at 1:37... he's right- not sure what to make of that, ...could be proof of CG...
Otherwise, it looks like the real deal to me...

I definitely think he's just some youtuber with nothing to do in his life but make CGI videos..He has quite a bit of UFO videos on his channel. Never looked at any because of the glitch there in that vid..It would be a waste of time.
