Can we have an animated Avatar Tournament?

I just discovered what image ready was. It's pretty simple but very exciting. And I was thinking we should have an animated avatar contest. We'd have a judge or two and a number of contestants. Avatars must under the k size limit and can't be offensive.

Any mods want to oversee this BTS endeavor?
