why dont some aliens have souls?

1. There are a part of the UFO community (may be large or small, I don't know) that believe aliens are angels and/or deamons. These "groups" (in lack of a better word) may perhaps have attributed features from angels and/or deamons to aliens because of this. From a Catholic forum a member writes "The body and the spiritual soul are one nature, not a duality... the soul being spiritual is not a duality... our body, soul and spirit are really one nature. Angels and God are pure spirit, non-corporeal.", which is similar to what you have stated.

2. Some people, like author Nigel Kerner his book Grey Aliens and the Harvesting of Souls: The Conspiracy to Genetically, claim that (some?) aliens are biological robots. This may also be the reason aliens are claimed to have no soul, no more soul than a CD player that is

There are different kinds of souls, each operates in different frequencies. Those that are completley individual and without reliance upon other souls are either lost souls or Gods, depending on thier level of mastery.
