I brought up the image in my editor to full view.
Then I clicked on the color edit button which
allowed me to use a slider to adjust different
shades of coloring in the image. When I got
to a certain setting, this text was revealed.
I was shocked to find it. Actually I was really
looking for the shadows of the original intended
text like OBAMA and HUSSEIN to highlight
the white background to make it easier to
see. Then this popped up.

Ok, not to be a wet blanket.. what I see here is

"Hour of Birth" or "HOME OF *blurred*"above the top line and "OAHU" where you are seeing CIA-61

this looks like impact transfer between forms.

I have been adamantly against this whole birther nonsense but I am now a little creeped out

I followed the link in the first post on this page and was also able to immediately see "CIA-61" I am having trouble making out the initials though.

You're right. It does say OAHU. I could just barely make out "CIA-61" but then I tilted my laptop to mess with the display's contrast cuz my program wasn't cutting it and it's even clearer that is says the former rather than the latter.

Well, it was bound to happen that I, being a conspiracy theorist, would eventually fall prey to SOME part of the "birther" argument. Seriously, no offense, Boon. I can see exactly what you are seeing but it isn't what you think. Like I said in another post, I couldn't make out the initials but could the other. I tilted my latop back and "OAHU" is there clear as day.

This is exactly how i see it:

The left part of the O looks like the C. The other half looks like the I in CIA. The A is obvious. the left part of the H is not very clear and the H dash is the dash in "CIA-61". The right half of the H and the left half of the U make the 6 and the right half of the U is the 1.

Definately says OAHU...I just messed with the contrast and brightness a little and it comes out clearly as OAHU.

instead of typed if it was a bleed over ??

If it was truly a bleed over of Oahu
then it would be in typewritter font
not hand written.

And besides, the i is lowercase in CiA.
How come the other H's on the document
go all the way up and this one stops
halfway?
